| Resumen: | El objetivo de este trabajo de grado es realizar un plan de transición del sistema de gestión de calidad basado en la norma NTC-ISO 9001:2008 a la norma NTC-ISO 9001:2015 para la organización PJM Services S.A.S. La norma ISO 9001 establece los requisitos que deben cumplir las organizaciones con el fin de certificarse en el sistema de gestión de la calidad. Este trabajo se realizó con base en información de tipo documental sobre el tema de estudio en grandes o pequeñas empresas, además se obtuvo información de la empresa PJM Services S.A.S. la cual estaba certificada en la norma NTC-ISO 9001:2008 desde el año 2015 hasta el 2018. |
| Abstract: | The objective of this degree work is to carry out a plan of transition of the quality management system based on the standard NTC-ISO 9001:2008 to the standard NTC-ISO 9001:2015 for the organization PJM Services S.A.S. The ISO 9001 standard sets out the requirements to be met by organizations in order to be certified in the quality management system. This work was carried out on the basis of documentary information on the subject of study in large or small companies, and information was obtained from the company PJM Services S.A.S. which was certified in the NTC-ISO 9001:2008 standard from 2015 to 2018. |
