Resumen:	Aplicación de materiales orgánicos en viviendas rurales de bajo costo. Esta investigación se ubica en Tibana municipio de Boyacá presenta un clima y una población rural adecuada para implementar el uso de técnicas ancestrales con métodos y tecnologías contemporáneas para la aplicación de viviendas rurales; como unidad de análisis de esta investigación e tá dirigida a campesinos productores boyacenses, que mediante la arquitectura propia de la región mantenga la identidad del territorio, con las técnicas y herramientas identificadas más los recursos necesarios, además de proponer y producir elementos formales que cumplan las necesidades y problemáticas básicas de las fa-milias que habitan el territorio.
Abstract:	Application of organic materials in low-cost rural housing. This research is located in the Tibana municipality of Boyacá. It has an adequate climate and rural population to implement the use of ancestral techniques with contemporary methods and technologies for the application of rural houses; As the unit of analysis of this research, it is aimed at Boyacá peasant producers, who, through the architecture of the region, maintain the identity of the territory, with the techniques and tools identified plus the necessary resources, in addition to proposing and producing formal elements that comply with the basic needs and problems of the families that inhabit the territory.
