Resumen: | El presente proyecto de investigación tiene el objetivo de darle al lector herramientas importantes sobre los diferentes conceptos de liderazgo, evidenciar desde una mirada holística el papel importante o fundamental que ejerce un líder en el ejercicio de su profesión u oficio, puesto que su rol como líder tiene un alto impacto en el desarrollo de las competencias laborales de sus colaboradores. Todo esto con una finalidad relevante y es la de traer éxito a la organización donde dirige, con una visión ética, promoviendo responsabilidad social y a su vez creando empresa felices, rentables y sostenibles en el tiempo, con su cultura organizacional definida he inspiradora fundamentada en valores y promesas de valor que hagan de esta un employer branding preferido por sus colaboradores. |
Abstract: | This research project aims to give the reader important tools on the different concepts of leadership, to demonstrate from a holistic perspective the important or fundamental role that a leader plays in the exercise of his profession or trade, since his role as a leader It has a high impact on the development of the labor competencies of its collaborators. All this with a relevant purpose and that is to bring success to the organization where he leads, with an ethical vision, promoting social responsibility and in turn creating a happy, profitable and sustainable company over time, with its defined and inspiring organizational culture based on values and promises of value that make this an employer branding preferred by its collaborators. |
