| Resumen: | El plan de carrera permite a la organización y a los colaboradores obtener un proyecto integral de formación, estableciendo compromisos mutuos, como satisfacción de las necesidades de aprendizaje y el continuo crecimiento profesional a su vez identificaran los medios que necesita para alcanzar las metas propuestas. La organización obtiene por medio del conocimiento del recurso humano mejor posicionamiento en el mercado frente a sus competidores dando alcance a la visión. El objetivo del Plan Carrera es desarrollarlo en la compañía ISEC S.A, con el apoyo de la alta Gerencia y líderes con el fin de optimizar el mejor clima organizacional en un gran lugar para trabajar. |
| Abstract: | The career plan allows the organization and collaborators to obtain a comprehensive training project, establishing mutual commitments, such as satisfaction of learning needs and continuous professional growth, in turn, they will identify the means you need to achieve the proposed goals. The organization obtains by means of the knowledge of the human resource better positioning in the market in front of its competitors, giving scope to the vision. The objective of the Career Plan is to develop it in the company ISEC S.A, with the support of senior management and leaders in order to optimize the best organizational climate in a great place to work. |
