Resumen: | Con el transcurrir de los tiempos las empresas han gestionado estrategias dependiendo de las demandas del mercado para mantenerse o crecer dentro del mismo. Hoy en día donde el mercado es cada vez más competitivo las empresas optan por estrategias no solo dirigidas al cliente externo si no también al cliente interno, siendo este protagonista en el funcionamiento de toda organización. Teniendo en cuenta lo anterior muchas empresas exitosas hoy en día trabajan para que sus colaboradores sientan ese protagonismo a través de programas de bienestar, capacitación, desarrollo y fidelización; de esta manera lograr que su experiencia al interior de las mismas sea gratificante además de cumplir sus expectativas y esto sea reflejo en su labor y crecimiento tanto personal como profesional, siendo esto benéfico también para los intereses de toda organización. |
Abstract: | With the passing of time, companies have managed strategies depending on the demands of the market to maintain or grow within it. Today, where the market is increasingly competitive, companies opt for strategies not only aimed at the external customer but also at the internal customer, this being the protagonist in the operation of any organization. Taking into account the above, many successful companies today work so that their collaborators feel that role through wellness, training, development and loyalty programs; In this way, ensure that your experience within them is rewarding in addition to meeting your expectations and this is reflected in your work and both personal and professional growth, this being also beneficial for the interests of any organization. |
