| Resumen: | El propósito principal de este estudio es utilizar un modelo basado en redes neuronales artificiales (RNA) programado en Python a través de Google Colaboratory como entorno de ejecución, para predecir el precio del pan. La finalidad es ofrecer una proyección razonable de la demanda, que pueda ser empleada en la formulación de estrategias y técnicas de producción para el sector panificador, con el objetivo de mejorar la eficiencia y eficacia de los procesos o optimizar la toma de decisiones en el modelo de negocio del futuro precio del pan. Asimismo, se espera que esta investigación permita identificar distintos desafíos relacionados con el aumento de los precios del pan. |
| Abstract: | The main purpose of this study is to use a model based on neural networks artificial intelligence (RNA) programmed in Python through Google Colaboratory as an environment of execution, to predict the price of bread. The purpose is to offer a projection reasonable demand, which can be used in the formulation of strategies and production techniques for the baking sector, with the aim of improving efficiency and effectiveness of processes or optimize decision making in the business model of the future price of bread. Likewise, it is expected that this research will identify different challenges related to the increase in bread prices. |
