Resumen: | Inicialmente se realizó el estado del arte teniendo en cuenta el contexto histórico y el estado actual de la semilla de quinua para determinar la problemática a la cual se daría solución con el diseño de la máquina. Con la problemática se determinaron los requerimientos funcionales, parámetros de diseño y disponibilidad de recursos. Posteriormente se plantearon tres alternativas para dar una solución a la problemática antes estipulada con base en los requerimientos funcionales, parámetros de diseño y disponibilidad de recursos, donde por medio del método de ponderación lineal se le da solución a un problema de multicriterio. Realizando este método se escogió la alternativa 1, la cual es un sistema de decantador centrífugo dado que obtuvo la mayor ponderación. |
Abstract: | Initially, it has been made the state of the art taking into account the historical context and the current state of quinoa seed was performed to determine the problems to which solution with the design of the machine would. With the problems the functional requirements and design parameters were determined resource availability. Subsequently, three alternatives were proposed to give a solution to the problem before stipulated based on the functional requirements, design parameters and availability of resources, where by the method of linear weighting given 1 solution to a problem of multi-criteria. Performing this method alternative 1 was chosen, which is a decanter centrifuge system since gained more weight. |
