Resumen:	El presente documento se realizó en las instalaciones de la empresa Procolpartes LTDA., en el año 2016, y tiene el objetivo de identificar el estado actual de la organización y establecer las posibles mejoras y estrategias que logren ajustar la estructura, los procesos y la organización de la misma; en éste documento se aplicaron diferentes herramientas de ingenierías como la matriz DOFA, matriz EFE, matriz POAM, estudios de tiempos, diagrama de procesos, diagrama hombre-máquina, mapa de procesos, entre otros; con el fin de identificar las posibles oportunidades, analizando todos los aspectos organizacionales como operacionales de manera que se pudiera desarrollar posibles soluciones; dentro del periodo del año 2016, se logró obtener los resultados de optimización de procesos, reducción de costos y tiempos e implementación de buenas prácticas productivas y empresariales que logran favorecer a la empresa en aspectos corporativos y de calidad humana; logrando obtener un beneficio económico para la organización.
Abstract:	This document will be held at the premises of the Company Procolpartes LTDA, in the year 2016; and has the order to identify the current state of the Organization and establish possible improvements and strategies that will adjust the structure, processes and the organization of it. ; This document different tools of engineering and DOFA matrix, EFE matrix, POAM matrix, time studies, process diagram, man-machine diagram, process map, among others were applied; In order to identify potential opportunities, analyzing all organizational and operational aspects so that it could develop possible solutions; Within the period of the year 2016, I managed to get the results process optimization, cost reduction implementation times and good production and business practices that manage to favor the Company: corporate and human quality aspects; get benefit of achieving the economic organization.
