| Resumen: | Es este proyecto de grado se realiza el diseño detalla de un portaempaque utilizado en la industria petrolera. Se inicia que tipo de portaempaque se va a diseñar para posteriormente realizar todo el diseño detallado calculando fuerzas, esfuerzo, y dimensiones de la herramienta. Se realiza la simulación para corroborar los resultados obtenidos. Finalmente se realiza los manuales de ensamble, operación y mantenimiento. Se realiza la evaluación financiera para obtener el costo total de la herramienta. Adicionalmente se realiza los planos de fabricación de cada una de las piezas del portamepaque. |
| Abstract: | In this project a design of a packer in the oil industry was made.It starts with what type of packeris going to be designed to later perform all the detailed design calculating forces, effort, and dimensions of the tool. The simulation is carried out to corroborate the results obtained. Finally, the assembly, operation and maintenance manuals are carried out. The financial evaluation is performed to obtain the total cost of the tool. Additionally, the manufacturing drawings of each of the pieces of the packer are made. |
